Highlights of the Limited Registration Pet Contract:

Price: $1800
Puppy must be spayed/neutered between 6 months and 10 months of age.
Puppy must not be Bred, intentionally or accidentally, or there is a $5000 penalty fee, and puppy is surrendered to back to the breeder along with any offspring.
There is no monitary reimburrsement for this surrender.
Puppy must be registered with AKC using a Fausthouse name.
Breeder will register litter.
New owner will come up with a name to submit.
Puppy must be microchipped with breeder as an additional contact person.
Puppy must be examined by new owner's vet within 36 hours of leaving breeder's home.
There is a one year health guarantee contract.

Highlights of the Full Registration Show Potential Pet Contract:

Price: $1800
All the same in the limited registration with the following exceptions:

Puppy will be re-evaluated at 6 months of age to see if he qualifies to be shown in the AKC Conformation showring.
If several qualities or one disqualifying characteristic is present, puppy is to be spayed/neutered and not shown. He then, becomes just a nice pet with no further stipulations.

If puppy is a good canidate for showing, puppy will be shown by the breeder for no exhibiting fee or allowed to be handled through a professional handler or current owner. Mentoring is available through the breeder for local families.
Show entry fees will be shared by Breeder and new owner, if Breeder shows the puppy in the showring. (approximately $30 per show)
Puppy will reside at new owner's home, except when preparing for a show weekend. No boarding fees will apply to stay.
Puppy will not be able to have his hair cut or trimmed except by breeder.
It will need to be brushed regularly to keep it mat and tangle free.
Puppy will not be able to be neutered/spayed until show career is finished.
Puppy will not be allowed to breed to any female dogs.
The sit command will not be used with puppy until he is finished showing. Stand will be used in the place of the sit for the time being.
Breeder retains co-ownership on registration until title is obtained, then Buyer is sole owner after Championship is obtained.
If Championship is not obtainable, dog maybe retired at the discretion of breeder.
Still a one year health guarantee.

Highlights of the Full Registration Show/Breeding Potential Contract:

Price: $2500 + if the puppy is a male, a one time stud useage of the adult puppy or if the puppy is a female, one puppy back from it's first litter bred or the proceeds from the sale of a puppy. (Fausthouse Breeder's choice)

Puppy is sold with full registration with the intent of being bred and shown.
It is a potential canidate. If it doesn't develop as such, owner will be given a refund of $700 and owner will be able to keep the dog or rehome the spayed/neutered puppy.
Refund will be given once the neuter/spay certificate has been submitted to the Breeder at Fausthouse. Refund is forfeited if puppy was bred or studded.
Breeder keeps co-ownership on dog until all health tests have been performed.
"All tests" means, CERF, BAER, OFA Cardiac, Patellas, Hips, Elbows, and Thyroid.
Dog will not be bred until all tests are performed and normal.
Once all tests come back with normal results, puppy can be bred to any havanese female of choosing and co-ownership will be released.
The dog WILL NOT be used to make "designer" breeds.
The dog will be shown in the AKC showring to obtain his/her championship.
The dog will not be "overbred" by the new owner.
The registration name will include Fausthouse in the name.
The dog will be microchipped.
A one year health guarantee will still apply.
